Hey all you beautiful people :)

I seem to have this love hate relationship with blogging from the day I have started! I don't know why, I don't want to know why as well.. When I love it I shall blog :)

I have only 2 weeks left till I leave for school! 2 weeks!! That's all.. After that a new country a new everything.. This has been my dream for a while now.. It's a ture priviledge for me that I have this opportunity in my life right now.. If  ever I need an example for prayers being answered then this is it.. I get to go to Switzerland and study at Les Roches!!

I have started reading up on the culutre and food of the country.. Courtesy Lonely Planet(book) and have seen that being vegan is very much possible!  Not ceratin if I would be totally vegan though..

These few weeks( after my bouts with exhaustion) I tried to eat for health and nutritions sake and keep vegan/raw( that means not foring myself to eat something cos I have to) out of the picture and to my glee :P saw that I have developed good eating habits and need never force myself or discipline myself to eat a certain way! I am well on track to eating well and healthy! Yay!!

But I go there with a completely open mind to learn, explore and love every moment of it! Can you imagine all the change and wonder? Or a more beautiful place to do it all!?

I know I don't really come across as someone who wants to be classically tutored or trained in something. I do have a dangerously liberal and anti capitalistic mind. That's the challenge for me- not to see how I can fit in but what I can learn from this and then fit it in to my life and what I want to do. This really is an extra ordinary school and I was a teacher so I do believe in keeping an open mind and to have fun with what you learn.

That would be enough exposure to my contardictory nature I suppose and oops! I haven't mentioned one lil fact- I will be studying The Post Graduate Diploma in Interntional Hospitality Administration!
