30 days. 30 NEW things!

Yay!!!!!! I did it!! Or rather WE did it!!!The lovely Denise over at CSL started a discussion that said " June the month to try one new out of the box thing everyday" and I thought great! how awesome I should do that. And we did!!!!! I am SO happy about this. Thank you Denise :) You are SO great! Much Love to you:)

This was not a pressure situation or anything like do do do. I could be anything read a new book, buy yourself flowers! DO anything.. It started out real simple and things just took its own course all the traveling, new places, people!!! Wow!!!!! What can I say I am just Super Grateful that I could even experience any of this! And I got to do it with a Super cool Lady :)

I am not going to make a list list per say with exact date and things. Just the things I did..

Read New Poetry- Sri Aurobindo's Savitri. It is apparently one of the longest poems in English!

Finally cleaned my room!! Pheww this is indeed a big achievement for me!
Bought new flowers for myself or rather for my spanking clean room:)
Made new good food . Actually quite a bit of new food making happened.
Ate natural Mango Ice cream! Yummmmm.
Slept out on the terrace and woke with the Dawn. This was SO special. I got to do it with my sister as well.

We also took a trip to this place

Nelliyambathy- a small tiny quaint little mountain village in Kerala.
Went to Mumbai( Bombay). New place, people.
Went to Bangalore as well!
Got a new Tattoo!

I made the time to take some pictures of things I have been wanting to but didn't make the time to.

And the Newest thing??? Had someone take pictures of me!! I mean like a photoshoot!! My friend a Fashion Design and Photography student bugged me to do some pics for his portfolio. Naturally I laughed. Then I thought hey!! Whtever not?? If he thinks I am good enough why am I thinking I am not good enough?? So I did that for him and it was fun. Don't have the final pictures yet. I hope they are not hideous!!!

In the midst of all this activity. I had some moments of absolute clarity and love. Felt soul deep the beauty and purity of life. If we can only believe in this colorful gorgeous gorgeous world unconditionally everything everything we ever want will come to us!!!

I am very very grateful for my life and me just as it is.
